Jewellery Purchasing, Vendor & Consignment Management

From purchase order to supplier payment, including consignment.

Buying is checked as carefully as selling. Goods receipts are compared with the purchase order and your weight and purity tolerances; anything outside them is held for approval before it touches stock.

Supplier bills, payments, advances and returns keep a running vendor ledger, and consignment pieces are tracked until they are sold and settled with the consignor.

What you can do

  • Purchase orders, goods receipts and supplier bills with GST
  • Weight and purity tolerances; variances held for approval
  • Landed cost from freight and other charges
  • Vendor ledger, advances, payments and purchase returns
  • Disputes for short delivery, purity, quality and price
  • Consignment stock tracked and settled when sold

FAQ

Questions about purchasing & vendors

How are short deliveries handled?

Closing a purchase order short of tolerance opens a dispute, and receipts outside tolerance are held for approval. Each dispute records the fine-weight and amount difference until it is resolved or written off.
